PayPal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to obtain this Utilization Agreement, to access or use its websites, software, systems (including all networks and servers operated for the provision of any of the services PayPal) by us or on our behalf, or in any or PayPal service, for any reason, after notification to you and at the end of this agreement to use unlimited funds held on your account PayPal. These terms and conditions apply only to account holders for PayPal accounts registered in the following countries. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this user agreement and the following conditions, the country/region-specific conditions apply: unless these conditions are changed, all other provisions of the user agreement will remain fully in force. We may change this user contract and all of the above guidelines from time to time. The revised version will take effect on our website at the time of the update, unless otherwise stated. If our changes reduce your rights or increase your liability, we will post a message on the Policy Updates page on our website and notify you at least 14 days in advance. Any future changes already published on the Policy Updates page on the Legal Agreements page at the time of registration of PayPal services will be included in this user agreement and will be taken into account as outlined in the update of the directive. When you first set up an automatic payment agreement, you may be able to set up a preferred payment method for such a contract. You can check, set or change a preferred payment method for an automatic payment agreement in your account settings on paypal.com. You should read and understand the PayPal purchase protection program, venmos Protected Purchase Program, and if you sell goods and services to buyers with PayPal accounts in countries other than your own, you should also be familiar with the purchase protection available to buyers in each of these countries. The rights of buyers under these programs may affect you as a seller. You can find information about PayPal protection programs on the Legal Agreements page by choosing your buyer`s location at the top of the page and referring to the corresponding usage agreement.

Information about Venmo`s protected purchase program can be found in Venmo`s user agreement. This user agreement is not an invitation to PayPal services and PayPal does not apply to any country/region or market by this user agreement.
